8th March is celebrated as International Womens Day. As with every year, 2024 also has a theme associated with it. #InspireInclusion is in focus this year - a call to action that inspires people world over to work towards creating a world that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
Under the leadership of Mataji Rampyaribai and then Dadi Pushpa Advani, the not-for-profit organisation that OurDesk operates out of - Mataji Rampyaribai Trust, has supported calls to empower women, minorities and those that are often overlooked by society. With a view to rehabilitate and help them assimilate back into the community, the women at the helm of this organisation have always strived for an equitable, just and non-discriminatory environment for all.
Currently, at OurDesk as well, we are supported by competent, capable and passionate women - those who are committed to creating an impact and ushering positive change. Thank you Khusboo, Dhvani, Saheba, Sayali, Aqsa, Sanju for allowing OurDesk to become a part of your growth story.
