Today we unveil the latest addition made to the premises of OurDesk: Zone 4, which once used to be an empty space.
Zone 4 is no different than any zone of OurDesk, in terms of fostering an upbeat and spontaneous environment necessary for keeping our community members most connected to their streamline of work.
What is a Zone? Assuming some of you haven’t been to OurDesk yet, a Zone here is a comfortable and spacious workspace which can easily accommodate around 26 coworkers. It is loaded with Wi-Fi, chai-coffee and lights both natural and artificial.
This means 26 flexi-desks (individual desks) are arranged for coworkers to set up their work stations and get on with their daily activities.
Likewise, Zone 4 is a brand new workspace aesthetically architectured from scratch for a rather important member of the OurDesk Coworking Community: Atlys India Pvt Ltd.
Atlys are an E-Visa Startup, founded by Mohak Nahta. They’re breaking the monopoly established by VFS by providing visas on time, everytime.
A look into the aesthetics of our workspace: Zone 4 of OurDesk is taken over by Atlys, hard and fast. And it consists of:
Desks
A long stretch of wooden desks is placed in the middle of Zone 4 which caters to 12-15 number of seats. Parallel to the wall on the right is a similar stretch catering to 6-7 seats.
Conference Room
One destination for all your meetings, this is a spacious 5-seater cabin with a desk large enough to fit 4 large pizzas and your device.
Phonebooth
A set of two phone-booths are constructed right after the conference room. Both these are divided by a single wall, much like a phone-booth in a busy street. Except here each booth has a desk and a chair for taking work calls.
Pantry
The very beloved pantry suffices 10 seatings at a time, two tables with four chairs each and a bar counter with two chairs. This along with a microwave, refrigerator and a whole lot of delicacies make for a great pantry.
Each of the above segregations of The Zone 4 have these traits in common:
A deep shade of blue covering the ceiling-
Gigantic and clear glass doors that divide each of the four different office space-
Flamboyant lights that are the spectrum itself-

Vibes, aesthetic, ambience and space, we’ve got it all for your varying work moods. Had there been a balanced place where work meets fun, OurDesk would be it. As a matter of fact, it already is.
